Especially for a quick meal if you do the pre-prep (cutting broccoli, making sauce). I used leftover teriyaki flank steak which also saved a step. Added 1/8 tsp chili garlic sauce to sauce ingredients for a bit of a kick. Served this with organic brown basmati rice. Adding waterchestnuts or carrots would pump up the veggie volume also.

Wow, this meal is incredible! I used filet mignon - a very lean and tender cut of meat. It melted in the mouth. We will make this again and again...

This recipe is way good! I've tried lots of beef & broccoli stir fries, but this one is by far the best. The only thing I did differently was to add some sliced mini-carrots in with the broccoli at steaming. My husband went nuts for this. I know I'll be making this again.

Very delicious!! Easy to do, though the teaspoon/tablespoon caught me being a foreigner :)

Simple, great basic recipe that can be adapted to what is in your pantry. I added canned chopped water chestnuts, shitake mushrooms and a bit of shredded carrots, chopped red pepper. Didn't have fresh ginger, so used roasted ginger McCormick. Just wonderful and so very quick!
