Very tasty recipe. I will say it's a bit of a misnomer because there is more parmesan than goat cheese in this recipe - but it is still very good and I would recommend it. Paired this with roasted fingerling potatoes and the Roasted Breast of Chicken with Pinot Noir Sauce (which is excellent as well)

This recipe is a great alternative to the traditional green bean casserole. Everyone loved it and I will definitely make this again. I could only find regular fresh trimmed green beans which I cut lengthwise in half. I used approx 1 oz extra goat cheese and extra parmesan cheese. I used more salt and pepper than recipe called for. Just add it to taste. I also put it all in a shallow casserole dish instead of the individual ramekins.

This was a HUGE hit! I steamed the green beans lightly in the microwave instead of blanching but otherwise followed the recipe. DELISH! Served with Lemon Chicken. Husband wants it again. Tangy and sooooo good!
