Easy to make and a great salad to make up in advance and toss the ingredients just before serving. I brought this to a friends dinner. Went nicely with shepard's pie. Will make again.

Steam haricot verts in the microwave according to package directions; halve beans crosswise. Cool 5 minutes; toss with arugula, clementine segments, olive oil, vinegar, and salt.
