BBQ Shrimp

    I halved this for my family of three, and everyone (even my picky 15 year old daughter) gobbled it up! The only thing I served it with was some French bread to sop up the sauce, and I'll definitely make it again! The only change I would make would be to use less of the Old Bay-- a bit too much heat and too much black pepper flavor (I must be the only person who doesn't like it!) for my taste. This was such an easy way to cook shrimp, and would be great for a casual party-- very messy eating, though, for a "fancy dinner party"!

    Used 3 lbs. of peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp and cooked in a disposable pan on the grill - awesome flavor!!! Served with Smoked Gouda Cheese Grits from CL and grilled vegetable skewers.

    Awesome! served with rice & salad for a b'day dinner for 7. Used a foil pan--throw away. Used 4 lb of 16-20/lb shrimp. 3 lb would have been enough. Will definitely use again. Great dinner party or appetizer.

    I make this all the time and it is a huge crowd pleaser, I even have friends ask if I'm making it when they come for dinner! I use peeled shrimp (less mess, same flavor) and serve it with cheese grits and french bread. Never disappoints!
