- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- In a food processor, whirl mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, and 1/2 cup cheese until blended. Spread on corn, roll in bacon, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
