Basting Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dry Spices
- 2 cups red wine vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 small bay leaf
Preparation
- Stir together all ingredients; cover and let stand 8 hours. Remove bay leaf. (Sauce is intended for basting ribs only.)
