- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
