- 2 large basil leaves
- 2 ounces dry gin
- 2 ounces lime juice
- 1 ounce Basil-Thyme Simple Syrup
- Basil and/or thyme sprig (for garnish)
How to Make It
Muddle basil leaves in a cocktail shaker.
Add gin, lime juice, infused simple syrup, and ice. Shake, strain into a martini glass, and garnish with herb sprigs.
