Basil Aïoli with Crudités

Yield Makes 1 cup


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Assorted vegetables

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a food processor, and process until smooth. (Will keep, covered in refrigerator, up to 2 days.) Serve with assorted vegetables.
