1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Assorted vegetables


Combine first 6 ingredients in a food processor, and process until smooth. (Will keep, covered in refrigerator, up to 2 days.) Serve with assorted vegetables.
