  • 4 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (2 lemons)
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 (9-ounce) packages 3-cheese tortellini (such as Di Giorno)
  • Crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • Plain fat-free yogurt (optional)


  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Add tortellini; cook, uncovered, 8 minutes. If desired, top with feta cheese or yogurt.
