Ingredients

4 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
2 cups water
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (2 lemons)
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 (9-ounce) packages 3-cheese tortellini (such as Di Giorno)
Crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Plain fat-free yogurt (optional)

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Add tortellini; cook, uncovered, 8 minutes. If desired, top with feta cheese or yogurt.
