I made this recipe for my mom and me and we loved it. I've made it twice now. They are simple and quick to make. The only change that I made was to spray the pan with pam and spread the butter on top of them after I flipped them over. We ate them plain, without syrup or jam. Definitely a new favorite.

I had lumpy pancake batter - I'm sure I'm missing an elementary step here. But they tasted incredible! More like crepes (thicker crepes?) than regular pancakes.

Really good recipe. I double recipe, add 1tbsp vanilla extract, 3/4 tsp each nutmeg and cinnamon. My kids and everyone love this variation and we have deemed it Mom's French toast pancakes. If batter is too thin gradually add flour until it is desired thickness.
