Great basic marinade. Used on a flank steak before grilling and it was very good. Love that it uses ingredients that are usually on hand.
This recipe goes with Grilled Flank Steak with Horseradish Sauce
Yield: Makes 1 1/2 cups
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar*
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Stir together onion and remaining ingredients.
- * Fresh lemon juice may be substituted for white wine vinegar.
