Basic Lemon Vinaigrette

Makes 3/4 cup, enough to dress a salad for 6-8

Ingredients

  • l lemon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) coarse salt
  • 6 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped chives

Preparation

  1. Squeeze lemon and measure out 3 tablespoons juice.
  2. Measure juce, mustard, sugar and salt into small bowl.
  3. Slowly drizzle in oil, whisking constantly
  4. Stir in chives and chill covered.
