How to Make It

Preheat oven to 400°. ­Arrange baguette slices on 2 baking sheets. Coat slices with cooking spray. Bake, 1 sheet at a time, at 400° for 10 minutes or until golden brown and toasted. Cool completely on a wire rack.

Chef's Notes

Make-ahead tip: Bake crostini, and cool completely; store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.
