- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Cook wine, vinegar, and shallots in a saucepan over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until liquid is reduced to 1 Tbsp. Cool. Stir in mayonnaise, tarragon, lemon zest, and pepper.
- SERVE WITH any type of beef—from grilled hamburgers to steak sandwiches.
