Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. barbeque sauce
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 lbs. steelhead trout fillets
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

  1. 1. Prehead outdoor grill for medium heat, lightly oil grate.

  2. 2. Arrange trout on large piece of aluminum foil. Whisk together butter, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper. Brush mixture onto fillets.

  3. 3. Cook on preheated grill until fish flakes easily with fork, about 10 minutes; brush fillets with barbeque sauce; cook another 2 minutes.
