Ingredients
- 1/4 c. barbeque sauce
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 lbs. steelhead trout fillets
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
- 1. Prehead outdoor grill for medium heat, lightly oil grate.
- 2. Arrange trout on large piece of aluminum foil. Whisk together butter, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper. Brush mixture onto fillets.
- 3. Cook on preheated grill until fish flakes easily with fork, about 10 minutes; brush fillets with barbeque sauce; cook another 2 minutes.
