Combine first 3 ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add duck. Seal; marinate in refrigerator 4 hours.
Remove duck from marinade. Pour marinade into a 2-cup glass measure. Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes. Place duck on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 7 minutes on each side or until done. Drizzle with marinade; serve with Mango Salsa.
