Barbecued Chicken Pizza

    This was delicious! While I kept the main base of ingredients, I did change some things: omitted the green chiles and red pepper flakes, and added red onion instead. I also used smoked mozzarella cheese. I'll definitely make these again.

    I made this with boneless skinless chicken breast. I cut it up in to smallish pieces and then mixed with some barbuque sauce and a bit of Frank's Red Hot an cooked in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. I used fresh pizza dough, so spreading the cream cheese on was difficult, so I spread it in a few places and then mixed some up with the chicken to make it a bit creamier. I topped the dough with the chicken, green chiles and cheese (I left out the pepper flakes, because I didn't want it to be too spicy) and baked...turns out I forgot the bacon and didn't remember until I went to clean up. It turned out delicious...nice smokey. Nothing like pizza pizza is what my husband said, but still very good. We both gave it four stars! Quick, easy, yummy.

    Pizza was super yummy and easy to make. I used cooked chicken from the deli and just added barbecue sauce to that, it was so tasty. Will be making again.

    Made this last night and liked it a lot, but thought baking the chicken and shredding it was too time consuming for and end result that looks like a "quick meal." Next time I'll use leftovers or even canned chicken. I also used some store-bought wheat naan instead of individual Bobolis, and I liked that variation a lot.

    I'm giving it a 4* because I'm sure that's what it would be if prepared the way you are supposed to prepare it. I left out the pepper flakes because I was afraid it would be too spicy. Instead it turned out rather bland (a 3*). It's a great concept, and especially easy if you use rotisserie chicken from the deli.
