3 (3- to 3 1/2-pound) broiler-fryers, split
Western Kentucky-Style Barbecue Sauce

Preparation

Place chicken, skin side down, on grill. Grill over medium coals 50 minutes or until tender, turning chicken every 10 minutes.

Brush with Western Kentucky- Style Barbecue Sauce during last 20 minutes.
