Worthy of a Special Occasion

This is one of my favorite summer grilling recipes! I substitute Morningstar Farms soy sausage patties with maple flavor to counter the spiciness of the jalapenos. Served with Hoisin & Bourbon-Glazed jumbo shrimp and Chipotle-Corn Mashed Potatoes.
