This has become my go-to Salmon recipe. I have made it many times and it is always a crowd pleaser.

Amazing! I made this as part of a dinner for 8 people and everyone raved about it! I made the salmon as written and changed only the vinaigrette for the "slaw." I added more vinegar, sugar and lime juice to make it more sweet/sour. I actually served it with the Tomato-Avacado Stacks from the same issue, omitting the bacon and buttermilk dressing and replacing it with a fish sauce vinaigrette. It really is a fantastic recipe for a weeknight dinner party; it's easy, fast and multiplies easily.

Really loved this! The slaw was a perfect compliment to the tangy spicy sauce that was on the grilled fish. My boyfriend was finished with his before I could even look up...

The sauce for the salmon was delicious. Really loved it and am planning on using with other protein as well. Didn't make the slaw, just the fish (I used salmon steaks), but really loved the taste. Simplified by using minced garlic and grated ginger so no need to use food processor. Also marinated the salmon in 1/2 the sauce for about 1/2 hour then followed directions using just 2 fillets. Served with couscous primavera and grilled romaine with blue cheese dressing. Perfect summer meal.

The sauce for the Salmon was amazing, perfect amount of spice and tang. I only cooked two portions of fish so I used some of the remaining sauce as a dressing for the slaw. Cutting the snap peas so thinly was something I had never thought of. Love it! This recipe was from an under 300 calorie story and I do have to comment that without an additional side this meal was too light, I am still hungry.
