Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 3 ounce(s) evaporated milk
  • 1 dash(es) ground pepper
  • 3/4 cup(s) quick cooking oats
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 clove(s) chopped garlic minced
  • 1 stalk(s) shellots diced
  • 2 whole(s) sweet peppers diced
  • 1/4 green pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup(s) onions finely diced
  • 1 dash(es) conseme/meat seasoning of choice to taste
  • 1 dash(es) cayenne pepper
  • Sauce
  • 1 3/4 sari miracle sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 10 drop(s) honey
  • 1 dash(es) cinnamon powder
  • 1 dash(es) cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix meatball ingredients together. Form 1 inch balls. Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over meatballs. Place meatballs on lightly oiled pan and place into 350 degree oven for one (1) hour. Let cool and serve.
