  • 1 teaspoon minced red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup shredded cooked skinless chicken
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce

How to Make It

  1. In a small bowl, toss coleslaw mix, onion and vinegar. In a separate small bowl, combine chicken and barbecue sauce until chicken is coated. Heap chicken onto bottom half of bun; top with coleslaw. Top with other bun half.
