This is a fantastic easy recipe! It makes the house smell sooooo good also. I serve over mashed potatoes (even the frozen or instant work for this recipe), add some cheese and sour cream on top. My husband and daughter LOVE this. (Wasn't a big hit with the picky son though) Leftovers heat up really well too.
Serve over a baked potato, mashed potatoes, or roasted red potato wedges. Sprinkle with toppings such as shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, and chopped fresh parsley.

- 3 skinned and boned chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- Barbecue Sauce
- 1. Place chicken and Barbecue Sauce in a medium saucepan, and cook, covered, over low heat 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove chicken, and shred with two forks. Return chicken to sauce until ready to serve.
