Serve over a baked potato, mashed potatoes, or roasted red potato wedges. Sprinkle with toppings such as shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, and chopped fresh parsley.

3 skinned and boned chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lb.)
1. Place chicken and Barbecue Sauce in a medium saucepan, and cook, covered, over low heat 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove chicken, and shred with two forks. Return chicken to sauce until ready to serve.
