- 1 pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 1 tablespoon Minced Onion
- 4 1/2 ounces Refrigerated Biscuits
- 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Brown hamburger; add sauce, onion and brown sugar. Simmer. In greased muffin tin, put 1 biscuit into each cup and shape biscuit into a cup shape. Spoon hamburger mixture into cups. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top of hamburger mixture. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot.
