- 3-4 pound(s) Chuck roast
- 1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Pepper
- 12 ounce(s) Coke or Coke Zero
- Season both sides of roast with salt, pepper and brown sugar. Place in crock pot and pour coke around the roast. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Remove and shred. Discard liquid. I usually use Tony Chachere's instead of salt and pepper.
