Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) oil
- 3/4 cup(s) apple sauce
- 2 cup(s) sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 3 cup(s) zucchini
- 2 teaspoon(s) soda
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon(s) cloves
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 3 cup(s) flour
- 2/3 cup(s) raisins
- 2/3 cup(s) nuts
Preparation
- Mix together oil, apple sauce and sugar. Mix in eggs and egg whites. Mix in dry ingredients and pour into two bread pans.
