Bapple Cinnamon Smoothie

A banana-apple-cinnamon smoothie. Great for a summer morning of nothingness.

  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana chopped
  • 4 tablespoon(s) Low-Fat vanilla yogurt chilled
  • 1 tablespoon(s) apples minced
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk

Preparation

1. Put all ingredients into a tall cup or bowl.

2. Use a stick mixer or a hand mixer to beat until thick and smooth. (with the accept- ion of the apple chunks.)
