I omitted the apple, added some honey and flax seed, and put in the freezer. Yummy and healthy banana smoothy popsicles..

- 4 tablespoon(s) Low-Fat vanilla yogurt chilled
- 1 tablespoon(s) apples minced
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup(s) milk

- 2. Use a stick mixer or a hand mixer to beat until thick and smooth. (with the accept- ion of the apple chunks.)
