Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Place ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Pour into freezer can of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon into freezer-safe container; cover and freeze.
