  1. Banana Split Cake

  2. Makes 9 servings

  3. 2 1/3 cups Bisquick Original baking mix
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. 3 tablespoons sugar
  6. 3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
  7. 1 pint vanilla or chocolate ice cream
  8. 1 package (10 ounce) frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
  9. 2 medium bananas, sliced
  10. 1 cup frozen (thawed) whipped topping
  11. 1/3 cup chocolate fudge topping, heated

  12. Heat oven to 425°. Stir baking mix, milk, sugar and margarine until soft
  13. dough forms. Drop by 9 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11
  14. minutes or until golden brown. Split warm shortcakes. Fill and top with ice
  15. cream, strawberries, bananas, whipped topping and fudge topping. High
  16. Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 450°. Decrease sugar to 1 Tbsp.
