Banana Pops

These are great to keep on hand in the freezer for those times when you need a quick "sweet fix."

  • Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 1 pop)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed ripe banana (about 5 medium)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; divide mixture evenly among popsicle molds. Cover and freeze 8 hours.

Note: For testing purposes only, we used 8 (1/2-cup) popsicle molds. The yield may vary depending on size of molds.
