1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Grease bottom of 9" round cake pan.
3. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl; combine next five ingredients in medium bowl, then add to dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan.
4. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack before removing from pan.
5. Combine remaining ingredients and drizzle evenly over cake while still warm.
