Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup(s) Flour
- 1 cup(s) oats uncooked
- 1/3 cup(s) brown sugar packed
- 1 tablespoon(s) baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2/3 cup(s) banana mashed, ripe
- 1/2 cup(s) orange juice
- 1/3 cup(s) butter melted
- 1 eggs lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) grated orange peel
- 1/2 cup(s) powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) grated orange peel
Preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 400.
- 2. Grease bottom of 9" round cake pan.
- 3. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl; combine next five ingredients in medium bowl, then add to dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan.
- 4. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack before removing from pan.
- 5. Combine remaining ingredients and drizzle evenly over cake while still warm.
