Easiest banana bread I've ever made! I did make a few modifications - I only had chocolate pudding mix so I used that and put in chocolate chips in place of the pecans. I also used 1/4c apple sauce and 1/4c oil instead of the 1/2c oil. Delicious. I will make this again - too easy not to!

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 package Jell-O Instant Banana Cream Pudding & Pie Filling
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients well. Pour into 2 large or 4 small greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° F for 40 to 45 minutes. (For those allergic to nuts, this recipe can be made without the pecans.)
