Super easy and filling, too, with a little protein to tide you over.

It probably is good but the banana is full of starch and the lowfat milk has more carbs in it than the regular milk.

@KatzeeA..I hate people that review a recipe and have not even tried it. Did you read the caption, stupid? It's a RESISTANT STARCH. "Lose Weight with Carbs Eating the right kind of carbohydrate, known as Resistant Starch, suppresses your appetite, boosts metabolism, improves your mood, reduces your stress level, and keeps you feeling full. The CarbLovers Diet has identified 10 recipes that satisfy your sweet tooth while contributing a bounty of healthy nutrients to your diet. Banana Ice Cream is a cinch and uses just three ingredients. It’s low in sugar and calories, high in heart-healthy omega-3s from the walnuts, and packed with 4 grams of Resistant Starch."

This is not low carb. Bananas are high in sugar and so is low fat milk! If it was made with berries and heavy cream, Then it would be low carb. But this recipe isn't.
