- 1 (16-ounce) can apricot halves, undrained
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 quart milk
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How to Make It
Drain apricots, reserving liquid. Set liquid aside.
Place apricots and banana slices in container of an electric blender; process on high speed 10 seconds or until pureed.
Combine pureed mixture, reserved apricot liquid, orange juice, and sugar in a large mixing bowl; stir well. Chill thoroughly before continuing.
Stir milk, whipping cream, condensed milk, and salt into chilled fruit mixture. Pour into freezer can of a 1-gallon hand turned or electric freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Let ripen 1 hour before serving.
