  • 3/4 C margarine
  • 2/3 C sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas (1 cup)
  • 2 C flour
  • 2/3 C brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 C chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1tsp vanilla


  1. Beat margarine and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla & mix. Next add bananas, sifted dry ingredients and stir in chips. Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan. 15X10X1 Bake 350* 25 minutes
  2. when still warm drizzle glaze over
  3. Glaze
  4. 1 C powered sugar
  5. 1TBL margarine
  6. 1TBL milk
  7. 1/4 tsp vanilla
