How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine sour cream and next 4 ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Step 2

Spoon batter into a 6- x 3- x 2-inch loafpan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and let cool on a wire rack.
