- 1 large frozen banana, peeled and broken into pieces
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup plain yogurt or milk
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
How to Make It
Combine first 4 ingredients and wheat germ, if desired, in a blender; cover and blend on low until coarsely chopped. Blend on high until smooth.
