This quick smoothie comes together in a flash. Simply combine ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 1 cup quartered strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup cold low-fat buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe medium banana
