Balsamic and Shallot Chicken Breasts

    I thought this was good/fine, but not outstanding. With so many chicken choices, probably won't make again, but it was a fine weekday meal.

    Loved the short ingredient list and prep time, but the sauce was way too vinegary. The chicken was bland without. I wouldn't try again.

    As stated by some other reviewers, the vinegar taste was quite overwhelming. First CL recipe I've been disappointed in and I've made a lot of them, so I can't complain. Will try again but reduce the balsamic.

    It was ok when it was fresh. The vinegar was really overwhelming, as the other reviewer commented. It's more apparent if you have leftovers, and not so good reheated. Probably won't make this again.

    Simple and quick and good, but vinegar was a bit overwhelming. Will use less next time. Great depth of flavor in the sauce otherwise.

    We love the ingredients and made to recipe but for us it was a waste of time and money. After dinner the sauce went down the disposal, mostly untouched.

    Excellent, I used half a cup of balsamic vinegar.
