My whole family enjoyed this recipe. My children called the shallots worms, but it got them to eat them. The sweet taste of the carmelized shallots and balsamic is very kid-friendly. We served it with roasted baby red potatoes and steamed asparagus. I am adding it to my cookbook now.

Quick enough for a weeknight dinner, yet we all thought it was restaurant quality. Better still, the kids devoured the pork (if not the shallots). We substituted red onion for some of the shallots, because I didn't realize at the store that the recipe called for 8(!) shallots.

I had a bulk bag of shallots from a warehouse store. This recipe was just the ticket to using some of them. Delicious, I will be adding this to my recipe repertoire. Served with rice pilaf and roasted asparagus. An easy meal to be made on a work day evening.

This dish was amazing.

Delicious. Was a huge hit for fathers day. I cooked the pork and removed it from the pan. I made the sauce and put the pork back in to coat. Only had four shallots. But doubled everything else. It was perfect.

The pork was good, but it needed more of the sauce; so next time I'll double the sauce. Also I'd forgot to buy shallots when I did my grocery shopping, so use onions.

These weren't anywhere near as good as I expected. Too many shallots, and I didn't think the vinegar enhanced the dish. We all scraped off the shallots and just ate the pork. Won't make this again.

Love this dish! Great favors. Just be careful not to over cook your pork. Pairs nice with quinoa.

Good and super easy. I wasn't blown away by any means, but it worked and the leftovers were good too.
