I think we needed to redudce the sauce further than we did. The kids gave it a 1/2 thumbs up.

This was okay. I too found the balsamic vinegar a little overwhelming - it may be too because I used boneless pork chops and balsamic vinegar is a new taste that I am learning to cook with! I will likely give it another shot soon.

I thought this was pretty tasteless. There was too much chicken broth which made the sauce diluted....would not make it again.

The vinegar was a bit overwhelming in this recipe. It did not allow the full flavor of the rosemary to come through. I balanced the sauce with a teaspoon of sugar to cut the acidity.

This was a quick, easy and tasty recipe. Family loved it. I used an aged, fig infused balsamic and it really tasted great. As others here noted, the aromas from the kitchen from the moment the garlic started to sautee were enticing. Give it a go!

Great flavor we made it with stuffing and the sauce absorbed and it was delicious. We will make again

This was quick and easy. I will make this again. I omitted the butter and added 1 more tablespoon of EEOO.

This was excellent! I used boneless center cuts and served them with long grain wild rice, steamed broccoli and fresh pineapple. My family loved it! Make sure you let the sauce thicken and really coat the pork. Wonderful flavors and the house smelled so good while I was cooking!

Followed this recipe to a "t" and it was fantastic. Easy and delicious meal for a busy weeknight. Everyone enjoyed it, including the 3 year old.

I don't eat pork, but amuse my husband every now & then by making it for him. I only changed a few things...I used vegetable broth instead of chicken because that's what I had open & he doesn't like rice, so I served it with green beans. He said it was good. Takes a lot to impress him! I will try something different next time. Still trying to get that "wow, this is good!" response.

I was attracted to this recipe because of its simplicity and short ingredient list. It was fast, simple and delicious. Ingredients were items that I always have on hand. Everyone in the family loved it. I have already shared it with others. This went well with the potatoes that I had already planned on serving so I didn't use the rice, however I probably will the next time I make it. I used a thermometer to let me know when the chops were cooked since mine were on the thick side and I knew they would need more than 5 minutes to finish cooking.

This was really simple and very tasty. You'll have most of the ingredients in your cabinet already:)

I made this for my family last night and it was a hit. I used french onion soup instead of the chicken broth and let the pork chops simmer in the sauce without reducing.

Wow! I made this for my wife since I hate vinegar. But man... I gotta tell ya, I took one bite, and the vinegar was not even an issue. It was so delicious I was mad I didn't make more. A repeat for sure!!!

Definitely recommend. great taste. just added a bit of light brown sugar to take the edge off of the acid from the vinegar. Quick. Served with wilted spinach and oven roasted potatoes. Family loved it!

Made this tonight for my family. Very good! Pork chops were juicy, not dry. Followed recipe as is but added just a bit of sugar. My son who does not like pork chops gave me the ok to make again!

Simply delicious! Used dried rosemary and made just 2 chops, keeping the rest unchanged, Still could have used more sauce. My husband gave me a high five for this one.

Followed the directions exactly, and it was a wonderful meal. It was a bit salty, I think, but my pregnant taste buds are not to be trusted. My husband loved it, cleaned his plate. Very easy and defintely will make it again.

This recipe was really good - even my husband, who normally dislikes balsamic vinegar, liked it a lot. I did the recipe as written, except I added spinach to the pan for the last 5 minutes of cooking. The spinach worked well with the other flavors. I think next time I would reduce the balsamic vinegar a little bit, perhaps to 1/4 cup, as it was a bit strong.

I tried this recipie and lessened the balsamic vinegar based on previous reviews. If I were to make it again, I would use as much balsamic is directed (but I am also a fan of the flavor). One mistake I made was buying butterfly cut pork chops. When I put them in the pan They started to fold back up to their original form. This caused them to cook unevenly and I didn't get the crispy outer coating that you come to expect with pork chops. Overall I would certainly make this recipie again as it was still a hit despite my mistakes!

Made these for dinner last night and the entire family enjoyed them. The only change I made was using turkey chops instead pork chops.

A great recipe! I followed the recipe as written except I used my home made vegetable broth and I used thinner pork chops. I served this with buttered whole wheat noodles, cooked carrots and sauteed apples- fabulous. I will definitely make this again.

Surprisingly Moist and Juicy. I ran out of flour so used cornstarch and it worked beautifully. I also had leftover homemade chicken broth and added sugar to ease the acidity. My picky Kindergartner loved it and asked for more and my husband who is a really excellent cook (he does not not follow recipes and goes by instinct - lol) was also very impressed. That says a lot about this recipe. :)

This was good, and so easy, too. Some reviewers said the vinegar was overpowering, so I tried only a 1/4 cup, but next time I'll use the full 1/3 cup. I like that I always have the ingredients on hand. I just tried it again with 1/3 cup of vinegar, and I think I will try even more next time. I'd have liked for the sauce to coat it a little better, so I think I'll reduce it more next time.

This is good and easy. All the ingredients are always up in my cabinet so I don't have to make a run to the store. My kids liked it which is unusual. I think it was because it was a little bit on the blander side. I added a little more rosemary and since my chops were thick I simmered them slowly in the frying pan for about an hour. They came out tender and the sauce was great over the rice. I recommend for an easy dinner.

Delicious, followed the recipe and they were amazing. Irony though, no matter the "rice package" you choose it still seems like rice-a-roni. :) I am reading one post and they're complaints are based on other people's recommendations and using the wrong pork chops. so, keep in mind, follow a recipe alter it later.

I have made this 3 times now and it's great! Hubby loves it and the picky kids even eat it. I have also made it with chicken instead of pork and it comes out great. I usually use bone-in chops and find that I need about 2X the flour mixture.
