Ingredients

  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
