Ingredients

2 cups olive oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
