Balsamic Kale and Radicchio Sauté

Serve a delicious and healthy side dish made with kale, radicchio, and garlic.


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cups chopped Lacinato kale
  • 1 cup sliced radicchio
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

How to Make It
