When I went to the market they were out of Halibut so I tried this recipe with Sea Bass and I absolutely LOVED it! It turned out so flakey and moist, simply delicious. Pair with some brown rice and drizzle the remaining glaze over it for a special treat and enjoy!

added honey & diced shallots to knock done the balsamic from overtaking mild halibut.
